4-5 KGs. Easiest and only way you'll do it in that time frame is to chop your legs off. Try weighing different parts of your body maybe to find ideal part (ie hand- half kilo, etc).Success story (not really) My friend was in bad car accident (he weighed 21 stone), not sure what he weighed after but we could have buried him in a pizza box!
