The MAIN thing that you wanna do to lose weight is Cardio (anything that boosts your heart rate, like jogging). You should do this 3-4 times a week for 30-40 minutes (50-60 minutes if you wanna lose a lot of weight). Preferably, you should do it in the mornings.As far as food goes, try to avoid foods with lots of calories or sugar in them.
You don't HAVE to do this, but you can if you want. You can speed up your metabolism by taking some Acai Berry pills/supplements. Acai Berry is like grapes grown in Brazil, so you don't have to worry. I took them for 3 months myself (I only wanted to lose a bit of weight). Or, you can buy the V8 Fusion Acai Berry drink.
