I think it should be more like this

Breakfast - Porridge with dried fruit and seeds, banana, glass of orange juice.

Lunch - Bowl of tomato or mixed vegetable soup with a raw spinach, walnut and rocket salad.

Dinner - Peppers stuffed with rice and feta cheese.
