I think it's wonderful that you are trying to eat healthier. Even if you don't change physically, you'll feel a lot better and more energetic and that's the important thing. I have never believed in diets, I believe in variety and moderation. Looking at your plan now, this is what I think an average day would look like.

Breakfast - oatmeal, fruit, tea
Lunch - lean meat like fish or chicken, a side salad with a little dressing or vegetable sticks
Snack - protein bar, fruit
Dinner - lean meat, vegetables

You do want more protein than you have in your current menu, and occasionally red meat and dairy. Especially as a woman you want to have dairy or take calcium supplements, and also watch the amount of iron you get so you don't become anemic. I don't think having a big plate of pasta would be healthy, but having some carbs won't hurt if you enjoy them. And especially since you're not trying to lose weight, a low-fat dessert would help you stay motivated not to binge.
