Question: What would be the best way for me to lose weight and motivate myself?

Eat less, move more.

This may be a little weird, but to motivate myself to work out, I look at myself shirtless in the mirror, and say out loud, "This is me, but this is not what i want to be. I want to be fit. And right now, I'm not"

I'm only 19, but i do my best ^_^ and thats all that matters is that ya try.

you have to really want to loose weight and to do it for yourself and to make you better and not for anyone else or you will mosy likely give up...are your comfortable with the way you are now?
if you were at the beach or the pool would you be ashamed of how you looked?...

Well good exercise doesn't cost a lot of money. What helps me is to get a few friends (or one friend) together and go for a jog. (maybe start off with long walks and slowly work up to long jogs). you can go around your neighborhood, a new neighborhood, a park, hiking trails, etc. But it's always easier with friends (especially if you schedule a running date in advance, that way you are already obligated to go whether you want to or not)
Buying cute workout gear is also a good way to motivate yourself (although not free). You'll feel guility not working out in it, and it will make you imagine working out as fun!
Also create a vision board with your goals and images that inspire you. place it somewhere you will see it everyday as a reminder. :)
